Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) under the following conditions:

Return Period

To initiate a return, you have 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The item must be unwornunwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • “Final Sale” items are not returnable or exchangeable.

How to initiate a return

  3. To avoid damage during return shipping, safely package the item in its original packaging.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchange Policy
